RETURN POLICY

Gozel Green is committed to a long-term satisfaction for all customers. If you are unpleased for any reason with the items purchased (your order was damaged in shipping, order defect, etc), we require that you email customerservice@gozelgreen.com or call +234 8036083654 within 2 to 3 days of delivery, with your order number and details to receive authorization. Once authorized, you may return item(s) within 30 days of the authorization date.

If item has been mishandled, washed, torn after delivery, Gozel Green has every right to reject the item on return. Please handle carefully and return all orders in their original package, if you need to make any returns. We do not acknowledge any returns after 30 days from delivery date.

Gozel Green will not be liable for any shipping fees, taxes or any other shipping duties related with returns.

REFUND POLICY

All recipients of refund will receive an email confirmation for documentation. You should expect your refund within 10 to 15 working days from the time refund was authorized.

DELIVERY PROCESS

Please note all international shipment of all orders may incur a charge/fee. International import duties and taxes may apply. Gozel Green will not be liable for any shipping fees, taxes or any other shipping duties. All domestic orders will be shipped to customers for free.

We deliver worldwide via DHL or any other airfreight courier service within 10 to 15 working days from order confirmation date. All delivery time stated are estimated and may be subject to change.

Once order has been placed and transactions completed, Gozel Green will not accept any order cancellation.

Prices of goods and services are in Nigerian Naira (N) and Dollar ($)m and all fees displayed on the website are up-to-date at the time of display. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

PAYMENT

Gozel Green accepts payment made by bank transfers, checks and via Paypal.
