RETURN POLICY

Gozel Green is committed to a long-term satisfaction for all
customers. If you are unpleased for any reason with the items
purchased (your order was damaged in shipping, order defect,
etc), we require that you email customerservice@gozelgreen.com
or call +234 8036083654 within 2 to 3 days of delivery, with your
order number and details to receive authorization. Once
authorized, you may return item(s) within 14 days of the
authorization date.

Gozel Green will not accept any mishandled, washed or torn after
delivery order. If you wish to make any returns, please handle
carefully and return all orders in their original package. We do not
acknowledge any returns after 30 days from delivery date.

REFUND POLICY

All recipients of refund will receive an email confirming any returns.
You should expect your refund within 3 to 4 weeks from the time
refund was authorized.

SHIPPING

Standard Delivery 5 to 7 business days – Fee confirmed at
checkout. We deliver worldwide via DHL or any other airfreight
courier service within 3 to 4 weeks from order confirmation date.

Ensure that the billing and shipping address details are
accurate, as we are unable to readdress orders. A
confirmatory email will be sent as soon as your order has
been dispatched.
Once order has been placed and transactions completed, Gozel
Green will not accept any order cancellation.
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to
confirm your details with your card issuer. Please ensure to
sign once order has been received. Please be aware that
Gozel Green will not be responsible for any lost or missing
order that has been signed for at the address stated on your
order document.
Gozel Green will not be liable for any shipping fees, taxes or any
other shipping duties.
